How can I change my residency from California to Michigan, so I can take advantage of the in state tuition? What are the exact steps (in detail) I need to take to change reisdency?|||Live, work, and file taxes in Michigan for a year. You will also need to get a Michigan driver lincense or state identification card.
I have been paying out of state tuition for a year and it is horrible. In state at my school is 2,400 and out of state is 7,900. Just horrible.
