I live in Maryland and am attending college in Williamsburg VA
the majority of my extended family lives in VA
I want to change my residency so I can pay in state tuition.
what do I have to do?
PLEASE HELP|||Technically if you are a dependent, the state your parents live in or own property is considered your state of legal residence. Look at the school policy on state residency.
