I am 17 and would like to become a resident of my summer home in new jersey (where i will be living during summer and vacations from college) instead of my regular house in order to obtain instate tuition to the college I am applying to... I would like to know if this is possible and how I would go about doing it if it is possible

until you are 18 you are your parent%26#039;s responsibility and where they live and have residence is where you do
once you are 18 you can legally do with other adults do, change residence etc.
