Does it really cost $71 per unit at Mesa Community College? Even CA community colleges are cheaper $26 a unit?

I plan to move from southern CA to Mesa, AZ to live with a friend because the economy is so bad here and it is really difficult to find and keep and job here and nearly impossible to get student loans or grants here(I've tried). I noticed that the cost per units are really high? Anyone living or used to live in AZ know how much it really costs for each unit to attend this college(if I changed my residency from CA to AZ)?

AZ is definitely NOT the place for Community College. It costs only a little bit (well maybe more than a little but not too much) more to go to one of the Universities.

In CA it's substantially cheaper for CC but not here.

Edit-

Whatever MCC's website says about the cost is correct. If that's $71 per unit then, yes, that's correct.
