i am 17 and i currently hold a pennsylvania junior license. i moved to maryland and i cant get my license changed til im 18 because i don't have proof of residency. my junior license doesn't expire til 2012. and i was wondering since i held my junior license for a year like it says can i get my real license in maryland, or do i have to hold a maryland provisional for another year?
How do i change my license?
