Why did I receive a 1042-S form if I am a resident alien? How should I file it?

I am a graduate student with an F-1 visa. In August 2008 I became a resident for tax purposes (I arrived in the US in August 2003). However, I have received a 1042-S form (code 19). I have heard that sometimes when your residency status changes during the year, you might get this form. My problem is that I am using Turbotax and there does not seem to be a place to report the income and deductions in form 1042-S. Any suggestions as to what is the best course of action?

Because you didn't give them your updated status.

Just show the income on line 7 of the 1040. It's a form of wages.
