I changed states two years ago. I got a new driver's license for this state over the summer but I'm still registered to vote in NY and I'm there every weekend because my Mom and friends are still there. Anyway, I'm thinking of transferring from a private to a SUNY college because I'm worried about keeping up with tuition bills. How long would I need to live in NY to be considered a resident again?

you need to be living in the state for a year or more in order to be considered RESIDENT concerning to the bills. =]
