im about to change schools and the new school has asked that i provide some type of proof of residency. the person helping me enroll told me if i couldn't provide a utility bill then my mother could just right and affidavit with a friends signature on it. can someone tell me how this paper is supposed to be written, like an outline of it or something like that.
Whats an affidavit of proof of residency?
All it needs to say is:

signed by: (non-family person)
